How Portals Work
The Black Wastelands contain swirling vortexes that warp you to distant areas of the realm. The Negative Power Plane has nightblack portals that connect to locations across multiple maps. All connections are bidirectional — the destination always has a return portal or vortex back.
- go vortex Swirling vortex — just type the command
- go portal Nightblack portal — requires portal item in room
- Min 40 Minimum level requirement
- Max 55 Maximum level cap — higher levels cannot use
Black Wastelands Vortexes
9 vortexes scattered throughout the wastelands. All activated with
go vortex. Two have a maximum level cap for lower-level characters only.
Negative Power Plane
Vortexes Back to Black Wastelands
4 rooms in the NPP have a go vortex exit back to
3/731 Black Wasteland. All require minimum level 40.
Nightblack Portals
These portals require a nightblack portal item to be present
in the room. Activated with go portal. The portal at
8/992 uses a different portal item (#839, dropped by the dark-elf archmage).
